Successful Delivery of BYD Battery Pack and Enclosure Project

Our team is proud to announce the successful delivery of a major manufacturing project for Shenzhen BYD Lithium Battery Co., Ltd. After months of diligent work, we completed the production and delivery of precision battery packs and enclosures for BYD's state-of-the-art electronic vehicles.

BYD is a global leader in the development and manufacturing of electric vehicles and lithium batteries. The company required extremely precise and high-quality battery packs and enclosures for their latest electric bus models. Our company was selected as the manufacturing partner for this critical project due to our advanced capabilities.

Our team brought together world-class engineers, designers and manufacturing experts to ensure the successful execution of this initiative. We leveraged cutting-edge technologies such as CNC machining, laser cutting and welding to build auto-grade components that met stringent tolerance and safety requirements. In order to scale production while maintaining quality, we also utilized automated assembly lines and testing equipment.

After months of tireless work, manufacturing began in January. Our factory ran 24 hours a day to produce over 2,000 battery packs and 1,000 enclosures per week at peak output. Despite the demanding schedule, our team achieved an exceptional product acceptance rate of over 99.5% through diligent quality control and integrated processes.

We shipped the final components on time in May. BYD was highly satisfied with the quality, precision and performance of the delivered parts. This project demonstrates our company’s capabilities in high-volume manufacturing, project management, quality assurance and timely delivery for major OEMs. Our success in this initiative has led to new major contracts with multiple automakers for EV and autonomous vehicle parts production.
