The client needed an innovative solution to optimally dissipate heat from high-powered modules in a compact system enclosure.

Our technical team designed an customized aluminum heat sink extrusion that met the tight space and performance requirements. Aluminum was selected as the ideal material for its high thermal conductivity and lightweight properties. Precision-engineered fins were incorporated into the extrusions to maximize surface area for heat transfer.

An oxidation-resistant coating was applied to the heat sinks to prevent surface corrosion over time.
