As lithium-ion batteries are widely used in new energy vehicles (NEVs), effective thermal management systems are crucial for optimizing performance, range, lifespan, and safety. Battery cells generate substantial heat during operation and charging. High temperatures degrade cells irreversibly, reduce efficiency and pose risks of thermal runaway. Precise temperature control and cooling are required, especially for high-energy, high-power battery packs.
Our company is a leader in developing innovative thermal management solutions for NEV power systems. We offer customized cooling plates, cold plates, heat exchangers and circulation systems for maintaining ideal temperatures from -40°C to 65°C in any environment. Leveraging computational fluid dynamics, our solutions optimize coolant flow, temperature uniformity, and pack efficiency.

For high-performance NEVs, we developed ultra-compact laser-welded cooling plates under 20mm thick. Our solution cools over 1,000 lithium cells generating 800kW of heat with under 2°C temperature differential across the pack. A global leader utilized our technology in their latest electric supercar. Our solution cools a 60kWh battery pack in the confined engine bay, allowing 15-minute fast charging and high-performance discharges with maximum temperature rise of just 5°C.
For an European bus maker, we developed a modular battery cooling system for different vehicle sizes. It maintains temperatures within 1°C of the setpoint in extreme hot or cold weather, enabling their fleet to have the longest range and battery life of any in-service NEV buses.
