Winner Manufacture Signs Supply Agreement with Midea for Mass Production of Energy-efficient Radiators

On May 10th, Dongguan Winner Manufacture Ltd attended the supply signing ceremony with Midea Group at its Dongguan branch. We signed an agreement to provide mass production services of energy-efficient radiators for Midea's high-end commercial air conditioners.

Midea is China's largest and world's top 3 home appliance manufacturer. Its air conditioning division focuses on R&D of energy-efficient and intelligent products. The radiator is a key component that directly determines an air conditioner's cooling performance and energy efficiency.

We have been supplying customized CNC machining parts to Midea for 10 years. Over the years, our manufacturing expertise, process optimization and product consistency have received high recognition from Midea. To develop more environmentally-friendly and smarter air conditioners, Midea selected us as the qualified supplier to undertake mass production of their new high-tech radiators.

The new radiator uses an aluminum alloy material and an optimized 6mm-thick flat tube design which increases heat exchange efficiency by 15% and reduces the overall weight by 20% compared to Midea's previous radiators. The CNC machining, fin pressing, brazing, testing and other techniques required high standards and technical capabilities.  Our long-term technical partnership and proven production capacity gave Midea full confidence in our services.

The supply signing ceremony signifies a further deepening strategic cooperation between our two parties. As the key supplier of radiators, we shoulder the responsibility of ensuring high quality, stable delivery and subsequent technical support. Midea's technologists will also provide us product data and process requirements to continuously optimize radiator performance and boost production efficiency.
